Out of 74 Medicare Advantage plans offered in Clark County in 2026. Source: CMS 2027 plan data.

Find your 2026 plan below to see if it is ending, changing, or staying about the same next year. Every Medicare Advantage plan offered in Clark County, sorted by company.

Every fall the plan summaries show up, and most of them are long. So we went through the CMS data for you. Look up your plan, see what is happening to it, and if anything looks confusing, give us a call, it's what we're here for.

What the labels mean

Ending

The plan ends Dec 31, 2026, or is no longer offered in Clark County. You get a special window to switch through Feb 28, 2027, but pick a new plan by Dec 7 so you have coverage on Jan 1.

Changing

The plan continues, but something important changes: the premium, the yearly maximum you pay out of pocket, the drug deductible, the Part B giveback, or the name. Merging means you are moved into a different plan from the same company.

No major changes

The plan renews with the same premium, maximum out of pocket and drug deductible in CMS data. Small copay changes are still possible, so read your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC).

Key dates

  • Oct 15 to Dec 7, 2026Open enrollment. Changes start Jan 1, 2027.
  • Through Feb 28, 2027Special window if your plan is ending.

Two things people miss

Ending and merging are not the same. If your plan is ending, you may have a guaranteed right to buy a Medicare Supplement (Medigap). If your plan is merging into another plan, that right usually does not apply. Your letter tells you which one you got.

Check your plan ID, not just the name. Some 2027 names are swapping. For example, Aetna's 2026 "Prime" becomes "Prime Extra" and the 2026 "Prime Extra" becomes "Prime." Your plan ID is on your member card.

About this list

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Source: CMS 2027 plan data. Status comes from the CMS 2026 to 2027 plan crosswalk. Premiums, maximum out of pocket and drug deductibles come from the CMS 2026 and 2027 plan landscape files, and Part B giveback and doctor copays from the CMS plan benefit files. Plans for employer or union groups, PACE, and cost plans are not included.

Premiums shown are before Extra Help. If you have Medicaid or Extra Help, you may pay less. Many drug deductibles rise to $700 in 2027, the highest amount any plan may charge. Benefits, networks and drug lists can change in ways this list does not show. Your plan's Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) is the final word, and Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048) can also help.
