Client Appreciation Events
Throughout the year there are 3 events we hold as a thank you to our clients for the opportunity to serve you. One, is the Annual Notice of Change Lunch event we hold each year in mid September, to prepare for the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period. During the ANOC lunch, we’ll go through plan updates for the upcoming year, any new benefits you should be aware of, and any plans that might be a better option for you and your needs for the upcoming year.
The second and third events we hold, normally in January and May are a way for us to engage with the community and have a fun time. They aren’t just for our client, they are for their grandkids, neighbors, and anyone else they want to invite.
Our past couple of events, we’ve:
- Had a movie nights at the park, with popcorn, soda, and blankets
- Rented out a movie theatre to watch Elemental
- Partied in the park with a bounce house, slip n slides and a tacos truck
- Hosted an arts and crafts workshop at the library
- Sip ‘n Paint: Dirty Soda Edition
- Sip ‘n Paint: Ice Cream Edition
